Experience the thrill of Halloween like never before at our Spooky Halloween Trail.

Get ready for an afternoon filled with frightful fun and creepy delights! Dress up in your scariest costume and bring your friends and family along to this spooktacular event.

Date: Saturday 25th October
Sessions at 2pm, 3pm & 4pm
Location: Daviot Campsite, AB51 0JF
Cost: £6 per person (includes pumpkin, homemade soup & tea/coffee/hot chocolate)

Embark on a trail through the haunted woods where you’ll encounter eerie surprises and terrifying fun. If you survive the trail, you can pick your own pumpkin at the end and bring it into the Scout hut for carving, whilst you enjoy some refreshments.

All funds raised from this event go towards the 1st Daviot Oldmeldrum Scout Group. Thank you in advance for your support.

Is there parking on site?

There is a small car park at the campsite however if you cannot find a space, there is parking available a short walk away in Daviot Village by the Church, School and Village Hall.

What if the weather is awful?

If the weather is dire, we will adopt our inner Scouting attitude and make the most of what we have! There is a covered area outside for the pumpkin patch, and the Scout hut will be transformed into the spookiest of haunted houses!

Can I take the dog?

Yes – dogs are allowed but perhaps leave the hell hounds and werewolves at home!

Is the path suitable for prams?

The trail follows a rough woodland path with a few bumps

Can we dress up?

Yes please! We would love to see your finest frightful frocks or your scariest skeleton suit. We appreciate life is busy though, so no pressure if you can’t manage it.

Are you really going to scoop out the pumpkins?

Yes we are! And whilst you wait there is refreshments to enjoy (included in ticket) and some Halloween snacks for you to purchase.

Do I need to bring money?

We have some sweets bags and marshmallow sticks for the bonfire available to purchase – cash and card payments accepted
